acceptance of terms

by accessing or using schmayterling.com ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. we may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

products and pricing

schmayterling sells tees and hoodies. all prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that colors or details will appear exactly as shown on your screen.

orders and payments

when our store launches, placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. payments are processed securely through Stripe. by placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

shipping and delivery

all schmayterling products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment. this means each item is printed and shipped individually after you place your order.

• production time: typically 2 to 5 business days.
• shipping time: varies by location. domestic orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days after production. international orders may take 10 to 20 business days.
• tracking: you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

returns and refunds

because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. however, we stand behind the quality of our products.

we will provide a replacement or refund if:

• the item arrives damaged or defective.
• you received the wrong item.
• the print quality is significantly different from what was advertised.

to request a return or refund, email us at hello@schmayterling.com within 14 days of receiving your order. please include your order number and photos of the issue. we will respond within 5 business days.

intellectual property

all designs, graphics, logos, text, and other content on the site are original works owned by schmayterling and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

waitlist

by joining our waitlist, you consent to receiving email communications from schmayterling, including product launch announcements and brand updates. you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. joining the waitlist does not obligate you to make a purchase.

limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, schmayterling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

disclaimers

the site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitors and the nature of print-on-demand production.

governing law
